Whole cranberries burst with tart flavor in our raw-milk, British-style WindsorDale cheese, made with a late 1800 farmhouse Wensleydale recipe. This delicious hard cheese has a honeyed aftertaste and firm, flaky texture that loves that additional cranberry zing. Sold in a case of 12 7oz retail packs (unsliced) with ice packs. Product must be refrigerated upon arrival. Ingredients: Raw whole cow's milk, cranberries, salt, enzymes & select cultures.
